Career Opportunity: Warehouse Assembler with WST in Erlanger, KY

As a Warehouse Assembler with WST, you will be working on shipping and receiving, inventory control, & light assembly of our products.

Hourly pay range: $19 - $21; depending on experience and skill sets

Sign on bonus of $500.00 after three full weeks of work!

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Package outbound shipments adhering to quality standards and processes
• Receive inbound shipments adhering to quality standards and processes
• Have daily communication with schedulers and sales team to ensure orders arrive at the desired time
• Move inventory and materials throughout the warehouse/production area
• Learn and adhere to D.O.T. and IATA shipping regulations
• Work as an active team member to complete team goals
• Assembly of small electronic equipment
• Maintain strong attention to detail to avoid error
• Performing other duties as assigned

Other requirements for this position include:

• Working with small components and circuit boards
• Dexterous individual who is comfortable working with their hands
• Competent computer skills with the ability to learn shipping software
• Flexibility to adapt to last minute changes
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Proficient in Google Workspace
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability and willingness to be trained and work in multiple roles within warehouse/production operations
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Positive attitude with a great work ethic
